Branch Supervisor – Entertainment Center

About the role

The Branch Supervisor is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Amman, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the entertainment centre. You will lead front‑line staff, ensure safety and service standards, and act as the primary point of contact for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coach front‑line team members, assign shifts and monitor performance.
• Enforce company policies, safety procedures and cleanliness standards across all areas.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints and ensure a high level of customer service.
• Maintain attraction equipment safety, oversee inventory levels and cash handling.
• Prepare basic operational reports and coordinate promotional activities and events.
• Train new employees, support staff development and foster an inclusive work environment.

Required profile

• Proven supervisory or team‑lead experience in retail, hospitality, entertainment or a similar customer‑facing setting.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to resolve guest concerns calmly.
• Basic knowledge of scheduling, inventory checks and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to monitor and enforce safety, cleanliness and company standards.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to guide and motivate a diverse team.
• Problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities, especially during high‑traffic periods.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality, business or management training is a plus.
• Basic computer proficiency for reporting and using point‑of‑sale systems.
• Previous experience in amusement or family‑entertainment venues is advantageous.
