Business Banking Relationship Manager

About the role

Ahli Bank is looking for an experienced Business Banking Relationship Manager to nurture and expand relationships with medium‑size and commercial business clients. You will act as the primary point of contact, delivering tailored financial solutions while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of new and existing business banking clients.
• Visit clients on‑site to collect documentation, understand business needs, and propose appropriate banking products.
• Achieve sales targets by attracting new customers and cross‑selling facilities, deposits, CASA, and other products.
• Prepare credit reports, conduct KYC, financial and credit analysis, and present recommendations to the business centre manager and credit committee.
• Monitor credit portfolios, early‑warning signals, past‑due accounts, and manage revolving limits and renewals.
• Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and provide advisory services.
• Support daily operations of the Business Centre and collaborate with team members to meet goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business banking (medium & commercial clients).
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage a client portfolio.
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of credit risk assessment.
