About the Role

SWASH Agency is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities (B2B).

• Reach out to potential clients through LinkedIn, email, phone calls, and other channels.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.

• Schedule and conduct client meetings to present our services.

• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.

• Manage leads and track sales activities using CRM tools.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong sales and relationship-building abilities.

• Basic understanding of digital marketing and advertising services.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.

• Good command of English.

• Previous experience in sales or business development is a plus.

• B2B sales experience is an advantage.
