Business Development Manager - Automotive

About the role

AutoBeeb is looking for a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager based in Amman to expand its presence in the automotive and Middle Eastern markets. The role focuses on growing the platform by building relationships with manufacturers, distributors and local automotive businesses, negotiating commercial terms and driving revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities and build relationships with manufacturers, distributors and local automotive businesses.
• Develop strategic partnerships that drive platform growth.
• Analyse the market, prepare proposals and presentations, and negotiate commercial terms.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align offerings with client needs.
• Manage the sales pipeline, track performance metrics and attend industry events and client meetings.
• Provide feedback on market trends to support strategic planning and meet revenue targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are an advantage.
• Experience in account management and partnership building within the automotive, technology or related industries.
• Previous experience in the Middle Eastern market and proficiency in English; Arabic is highly beneficial.
• Comfortable working on site in a fast-paced environment and collaborating across cross-functional teams.
