Business Development Manager – Jordan

About the role

INGOT is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth of its FX and CFD brokerage in Jordan. The role focuses on acquiring new retail and institutional clients, building lasting relationships, and supporting the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, industry research, cold‑calling and scheduled visits.
• Manage daily client interactions via phone, email and face‑to‑face meetings, ensuring high‑quality service.
• Convert leads into active accounts, onboard new clients and meet target‑driven growth metrics.
• Negotiate and close partnership deals, maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Represent INGOT professionally at events and client meetings.
• Provide feedback on product and service enhancements.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of financial markets, especially FX and CFDs, and related regulatory environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset capable of interpreting data and identifying trends.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and target‑oriented.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
