Business Development Specialist

About the role

Vigil AI Technology Corp. is seeking a Business Development Specialist to drive growth for its autonomy‑first video intelligence platform. Based on‑site in Amman, you will identify new market opportunities, build relationships with prospects, and guide deals from initial contact to closure.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, generate leads and qualify opportunities in target industries.
• Conduct market research to uncover trends and competitive insights.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, demos and tailored solution proposals.
• Collaborate with technical and product teams to adapt offerings to client needs.
• Manage the sales pipeline in CRM, ensuring accurate records and timely follow‑up.
• Gather customer feedback to inform product improvements.
• Represent Vigil AI at industry events, meetings and conferences.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and market‑research abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven lead‑generation and customer‑service experience.
• Background in business development, sales or account management within technology or security sectors.
• Familiarity with AI, SaaS or video‑analytics solutions is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work on‑site in Amman and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
