Business Operations Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Business Operations Specialist to join our fast‑growing startup. You will work across product, sales, marketing, HR, finance and customer success to streamline processes, improve efficiency and support the company’s rapid scaling.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day business operations and ensure smooth execution across departments.
• Analyse existing workflows, identify automation opportunities and develop SOPs, policies and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimise operational efficiency and remove bottlenecks.
• Monitor operational KPIs, create dashboards and prepare performance reports for leadership.
• Coordinate cross‑functional projects, manage timelines and ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
• Assist in the implementation and optimisation of internal tools, systems and platforms.
• Support resource planning, vendor coordination and compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in business operations, project management or strategy, preferably in a SaaS or technology startup.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and data‑driven mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment and work independently.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience with project‑management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, Jira or Trello.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
