Channel Manager

About the role

Aramex is looking for a proactive, results-oriented Channel Manager to oversee its business partnerships and drive growth through collaboration and strategy. You will develop and manage relationships with key accounts, optimise business performance and implement strategies aligned with Aramex's goals in the logistics and transportation sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategies to maximise revenue and expand Aramex's market presence through partnerships.
• Identify, recruit and onboard new business partners, and build strong relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support, training and resources.
• Analyse business performance metrics to find growth opportunities and make data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with commercial and operations teams on go-to-market strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Hold regular performance reviews with partners and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with Aramex's policies and standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field; MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
• 6+ years of experience in business management, business development or sales within the logistics and transportation industry.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
