E-commerce Sales Officer

About the role

Skyscraper Group is looking for a motivated, customer-oriented and results-driven Online Sales Officer to join its team. The role manages and develops the company's online sales across digital platforms, including company websites, mobile applications and social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp. It is a full-time, on-site position.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily online sales operations across websites, apps and social media.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via digital channels.
• Identify potential customers, follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales.
• Process, monitor and track orders, ensuring accuracy and timely coordination.
• Provide accurate information on products, prices, availability and delivery.
• Build customer relationships, handle complaints, returns and exchanges, and prepare regular sales reports.
• Coordinate with departments on inventory, order fulfillment and delivery, and keep customer records and sales databases accurate.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, E-commerce or a related field; relevant experience may also be considered.
• Previous experience in online sales, e-commerce, customer service or digital sales is preferred.
• Good understanding of Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp Business, and familiarity with e-commerce sites and order management systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good computer skills including Microsoft Office and Excel.

Preferred skills

• Experience with CRM systems and sales management tools.
• Digital marketing knowledge and experience managing product listings, pricing and inventory on e-commerce platforms.
• Arabic and English proficiency.
