Civil / Architectural Project Manager – Fit-Out

About the role

The Civil / Architectural Project Manager – Fit-Out will lead interior fit‑out projects from initiation to handover, ensuring design intent, quality, safety and schedule are met on site in Amman.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and coordinate fit‑out works with clients, consultants, subcontractors and site teams.
• Review architectural and construction drawings, manage submittals, approvals and resolve technical issues.
• Monitor site progress, track budgets and resources, and prepare regular progress reports.
• Support quality, safety and risk management activities and ensure compliance with local codes and sustainability requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• Proven experience managing commercial or residential fit‑out projects.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Commitment to site safety, quality control and adherence to local building regulations.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit.
• Experience with MS Office and MS Project or similar project management tools.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Experience preparing and following up submittals with consultants and clients.
