Construction Engineer – Facility Master Planning

About the role
GovCIO is seeking a Construction Engineer to support facility master planning, military engineering operations, and civil humanitarian construction projects in collaboration with coalition forces, government agencies, and humanitarian organizations.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Director of Logistics and client with facility master planning and military engineering operations.
- Conduct quality control and assurance assessments for construction projects.
- Develop statements of work, cost estimates, and manage real‑property and environmental health‑safety aspects.
- Coordinate with technical experts for engineering design and analysis support.
Required profile
- High school diploma with 9+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
- Security clearance: Secret.
Required skills
- Military engineering background (U.S. Army, Air Force, or Navy) at grade CW3, O3 or above.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license accredited by NCEES (preferred).
- Ability to respond rapidly to changing requirements and manage resources in time‑sensitive situations.
