Commercial Support Manager

About the role

The Commercial Support Manager will oversee sales data management, proposal preparation, and client onboarding to boost sales productivity. Working closely with Business Development, Marketing, Finance and senior leadership, the role ensures alignment across functions and supports the achievement of sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review proposals and presentations for accuracy and consistency.
• Manage client inquiry responses, onboarding on T‑portal, and contract coordination with legal and commercial teams.
• Oversee CRM and data management, including Salesforce data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Generate regular sales performance dashboards and support sales forecasting.
• Identify training needs, develop sales enablement materials, and evaluate sales tools and technologies.
• Document sales processes, ensure policy compliance, and collaborate on customer retention initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing or related field (preferred).
• 8‑10 years of experience in sales support or administrative roles.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce and HubSpot CRM platforms.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with data analysis and business intelligence tools.
• Familiarity with OneDrive for document management.
