Consultant – Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)

About the role

The Consultant – Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) will work within the GRCS team to execute core engagement tasks for Saudi‑based clients. You will be responsible for testing, documenting and analysing controls while supporting senior colleagues on internal audit, governance, ERM and compliance projects.

Key responsibilities

• Perform testing, documentation and analysis of internal controls.
• Support senior team members in delivering internal audit, governance, ERM and compliance engagements.
• Link testing results to broader governance and control improvement opportunities.
• Prepare clear reports for Saudi clients, highlighting findings and recommendations.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain effective communication throughout engagements.

Required profile

• 4–10 years of experience in internal audit or related fields.
• Proven ability to plan, execute and report internal audit engagements independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency preferred.
• Experience using data analytics tools for audit planning and execution.
• Exposure to multiple business processes and industries.
• Effective stakeholder management and ability to handle multiple engagements in a dynamic environment.
