Corporate Operations Leader

About the role

We are looking for a highly driven Corporate Operations Leader to scale and manage crowdsourced fleet operations. The role combines product ownership with operational strategy, using data, automation and AI to improve performance across the last‑mile network.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Fleet and Champion applications as business products, defining requirements and supporting roadmap development.
• Lead rollout and adoption of these applications across markets, coordinating training and feedback loops.
• Develop and execute crowdsourcing strategies to expand fleet capacity while maintaining cost efficiency.
• Define, track and report on operational KPIs such as SLA, utilization, cost per delivery and courier performance.
• Build performance dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI, analysing trends and recommending improvements.
• Identify manual processes and drive automation initiatives, leveraging AI solutions like OCR and predictive analytics.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Technology, Finance and Commercial teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing large‑scale logistics or fleet operations.
• Strong product mindset with ability to translate operational needs into product features.
• Data‑driven decision‑making skills and experience with KPI management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
