Deputy Manager Medical Tourism

About the role

The Deputy Manager Medical Tourism will lead the coordination of international patient journeys, ensuring seamless access to treatment, travel, and post‑care services. Based on‑site in Amman, this full‑time position works closely with patients, healthcare providers, and internal teams to deliver a patient‑centric experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound inquiries from abroad and evaluate each case for suitability.
• Develop and organize individualized treatment plans, travel itineraries, and follow‑up care.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, treatment outcomes, and logistics.
• Build and nurture relationships with partner hospitals, clinics, and external service providers.
• Monitor service quality, ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies, and produce regular performance reports.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support staff training on medical tourism standards.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in clinical domains (medicine, medical affairs, nursing, or healthcare management).
• Experience in research or clinical research to support evidence‑based decision making.
• Background in training or staff development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with international patients and partners.
• Organizational and coordination abilities, with attention to detail in case management and documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Nursing, Healthcare Management or related field; advanced degrees or certifications in medical tourism are a plus.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are advantageous.
