About the role

ISTQ SERVERS is seeking a proactive Digital Marketing & Account Manager to lead multi‑platform campaigns, generate qualified leads, and nurture client relationships across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise digital marketing campaigns on various platforms.
• Develop and execute lead‑generation strategies to boost sales.
• Manage social media channels and create engaging content.
• Monitor performance metrics and produce regular reports with insights.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities for company services.
• Coordinate with technical and support teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and presentations for prospects and clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing, sales or account management.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Professional communication with local and international clients.

Required skills

• Digital marketing platforms and online advertising.
• Basic knowledge of servers, hosting, hardware, networking and IT infrastructure.
• Use of AI tools in daily work.
• Understanding of web hosting, dedicated servers, colocation and data‑center operations.
