Ecommerce Manager

About the role

Al-Asayel Company, a growing cosmetics brand focused on skincare and beauty products, is hiring a full-time, on-site Ecommerce Manager in Amman. The manager oversees and grows the company's online sales channels, handling day-to-day operations of the ecommerce platform, including product listings, pricing, promotions and inventory coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor site performance, analyze sales data and optimize user experience to increase conversion and customer retention.
• Coordinate digital marketing campaigns and manage online merchandising.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams and resolve customer concerns about online purchases.
• Prepare regular performance reports, identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to strengthen the brand's online presence.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce or a related field preferred.
• Proven sales experience driving online revenue, managing promotions and supporting upselling and cross-selling.
• Experience in cosmetics, beauty or retail is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Amman, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Strong analytical skills to interpret ecommerce metrics and KPIs.
• Hands-on experience with ecommerce platforms, product catalogs, order workflows and customer journey optimization.
• Digital campaign coordination, basic SEO/SEM knowledge and social media integration for ecommerce.
• Proficiency with ecommerce tools, web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics) and basic Excel or reporting tools.
