ERP Application Specialist

About the role

The ERP Application Specialist will lead the implementation and ongoing support of the university’s ERP system, covering Human Capital Management, Supply Chain Management and Finance modules. Acting as the main liaison between the vendor and internal stakeholders, the specialist ensures smooth operations and continuous improvement after go‑live.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the deployment of SAP S/4HANA or Oracle Fusion ERP across HCM, SCM and Finance.
• Analyse business processes, gather requirements and validate vendor configurations.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams, vendors and end‑users throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide second‑line functional support and troubleshoot ERP‑related issues.
• Manage change requests, control application change management and monitor system performance.
• Lead ERP upgrades, patches, testing and ensure data integrity.
• Document support procedures, create knowledge‑base articles and conduct user training workshops.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience implementing SAP S/4HANA or Oracle Fusion in at least two functional areas (HCM, SCM, Finance).
• Proven ERP implementation experience in the healthcare sector.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Project‑management and analytical abilities.
• Knowledge of data migration, system integration and SQL/database management is a plus.
