Estimation Engineer

About the role

The Sales & Estimation Engineer will join Alasbah Industrial Company in Amman, supporting the aluminium and double‑glazed window business. Working full‑time on‑site, you will prepare technical and commercial quotations, estimate project costs and liaise with clients to turn proposals into confirmed orders.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed technical and commercial quotations for aluminium and double‑glazed window projects.
• Review drawings and specifications to calculate material and labour requirements.
• Meet with clients to understand project needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Follow up quotations, negotiate pricing and convert them into confirmed orders.
• Coordinate with production and installation teams to ensure accurate execution.
• Maintain up‑to‑date sales records and estimation files.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in sales or estimation within the aluminium, windows or construction sector.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel for cost estimation.
• Experience using CAD or similar tools to review drawings and designs.
