Experienced Land Surveyor – Water & Irrigation Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our projects focused on water supply, wastewater, irrigation and Treated Sewage Effluent (TSE) networks. The role involves conducting precise land and construction surveys, establishing benchmarks and ensuring that all works align with approved designs.

Key responsibilities

• Perform land and construction surveys, set out points, coordinates and levels for buildings, roads, utilities and structures.
• Operate and maintain Total Station, GPS/GNSS, Auto Level and related equipment.
• Prepare and review survey reports, field notes, measurements and as‑built drawings.
• Verify dimensions, elevations and alignments against approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors and other survey teams to ensure accurate execution.
• Monitor progress through regular surveys and report any discrepancies for corrective action.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Surveying Engineering, Geomatics, Land Surveying or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience, including at least 4 years on water, wastewater, irrigation or TSE projects.
• Strong knowledge of land surveying principles, construction surveying, setting out and leveling.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
