F&B Service Expert – Beach Club

About the role

Join the Beach Club team as an F&B Service Expert, delivering memorable dining experiences for guests in a luxury resort setting. You will be the front‑line ambassador, ensuring every meal is served with professionalism, safety, and a smile.

Key responsibilities

• Set and arrange tables, ensuring a clean and inviting dining environment.
• Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and coordinate service flow.
• Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and respond to guest requests promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, replenish supplies, and follow health‑and‑safety standards.
• Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and uniform appearance guidelines.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lb unassisted (50 lb with assistance), and reaching overhead or below the knees.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage service experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and handle physical tasks safely.
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and uphold service quality.
