F&B Service Expert - Lead - Beach Club

About the role

The Beach Club is looking for a motivated Food & Beverage Service Expert to lead guest interactions and ensure a memorable dining experience. You will work closely with the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to deliver high‑quality service in a dynamic, beachfront environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and arrange tables, ensuring all settings meet brand standards.
• Communicate guest orders accurately to the kitchen and coordinate timing.
• Serve food and beverages, respond to guest requests, and maintain a courteous demeanor.
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas, replenish supplies, and follow health‑safety protocols.
• Uphold safety standards, company policies, and quality guidelines throughout the shift.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items up to 25 lb independently and up to 50 lb with assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related Food & Beverage experience.
• No prior supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work on uneven or slippery surfaces for extended periods.
• Physical capability to lift, push, pull, and place objects as described.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
• Ability to read and verify menu information.
• Strong customer‑service orientation.
