F&B Service Expert – Summer Casual

About the role
Join the W Hotels team in Amman as a Food & Beverage Service Expert for the summer season. You will help create memorable dining experiences by delivering attentive guest service and supporting smooth restaurant operations.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and clear tables, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
- Communicate orders and special requests between guests and the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, supplies, and service stations.
- Follow safety, hygiene, and company policies at all times.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unassisted (50 lb with assistance) and moving around the dining area.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and handle physical demands.
