Head of Operations

About the role

AzarHRS is looking for a strategic Head of Operations to lead and optimise all operational functions in Amman, Jordan. This permanent, onsite position offers the chance to shape the company’s operational excellence and drive measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies aligned with organisational goals.
• Oversee supply‑chain activities including procurement, logistics, inventory management and distribution.
• Lead continuous process‑improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma principles.
• Mentor and develop a high‑performing operations team.
• Manage operational budgets and ensure disciplined resource allocation.
• Establish, monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure business continuity and compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in operations management with strategic leadership responsibilities.
