Head of Value & Access and PA – Levant

About the role

The Head of Value & Access and PA will lead the development and execution of market access strategies for neuroscience assets across priority Levant markets. Partnering with regional and international teams, you will shape payer value propositions, pricing strategies, and evidence packages to secure patient access and affordability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated product access strategies throughout the product lifecycle, aligning with payer needs, target populations, and health economics data.
• Support country teams in payer negotiations and ensure timely delivery of access‑related materials.
• Incorporate access inputs into target product profiles, clinical programs, and asset maximization plans.
• Identify and generate additional evidence beyond registration studies to satisfy reimbursement and access decision makers.
• Collaborate with HEOR, pricing, medical affairs, development, and commercial teams to create cohesive access and pricing strategies.
• Manage the access community, budgets, and reporting of technical components.

Required profile

• Proven experience in market access, health economics, or pricing within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong ability to work cross‑functionally with international, regional, and country stakeholders.
• Demonstrated track record of shaping access strategies for neuroscience or similar therapeutic areas.
• Excellent communication skills to represent access functions internally and externally.
