HORECA Sales Representative – FMCG

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic HORECA Sales Representative to drive the growth of our FMCG portfolio within the hotel, restaurant, café and catering sector in Jordan. You will be responsible for acquiring new accounts, expanding existing relationships and ensuring our products achieve strong market visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets for assigned HORECA accounts and identify new business opportunities.
• Promote the company’s product range, ensuring proper brand representation and product availability.
• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships, negotiate pricing, promotions and contract terms.
• Monitor accounts for timely collections and coordinate with finance to resolve payment issues.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to recommend sales strategies.
• Plan and execute promotional activities to increase product visibility and trial in HORECA outlets.
• Ensure accurate order processing, delivery coordination and compliance with merchandising standards.
• Handle customer complaints efficiently and submit daily sales reports, visit schedules and account updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• 2–4 years of FMCG sales experience within the HORECA sector.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of HORECA market dynamics and customer decision‑making processes.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
