About the role

Bilkana Rooftop is seeking a professional and enthusiastic Hostess to join our front‑of‑house team in Amman. The successful candidate will play a key part in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional experience.

Key responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, professional demeanor.
Assist in delivering exceptional guest experiences throughout their visit.

Required profile

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Positive attitude and professional appearance.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
