Hotel Cleanliness Expert – Beach Club

About the role

The Hotel Cleanliness Expert (Guest Environment Expert) ensures that every guest space at the Beach Club meets Marriott’s high standards of cleanliness and presentation. You will work across rooms, public areas and service zones to create a memorable, safe, and welcoming environment for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, and public areas according to brand standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, restock carts, and replenish supplies.
• Inspect rooms and public spaces for quality, safety and presentation, reporting any issues.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Follow all company policies, procedures and confidentiality requirements.
