About the role

Network International is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to work closely with department leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Align HR strategies with departmental and organizational goals to drive business success.
• Collaborate with department heads on workforce planning, assessing current and future staffing needs.
• Oversee talent management activities including recruitment, onboarding, and employee development.
• Support performance management processes, coach managers, and facilitate feedback.
• Assist in change management initiatives and ensure effective communication during transitions.
• Design and implement HR programs that enhance employee experience in line with global HR strategy.
• Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive workplace culture.
• Stay up‑to‑date with employment laws and ensure legal compliance.
