ICT Account Manager

About the role

Orange is seeking an experienced ICT Account Manager to drive growth and customer satisfaction within the banking sector. You will act as the main liaison for key accounts, delivering tailored cloud and security solutions while aligning with Orange’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive account plans that support long‑term value creation for banking clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts using solution‑selling techniques.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Propose relevant cloud, networking, and security solutions that meet evolving customer needs.
• Collaborate with technical, marketing, and support teams to ensure seamless delivery and achieve sales targets.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure, adhering to pricing and profitability guidelines.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts, track KPIs, and report on performance.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies, sharing insights with the team.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, address concerns promptly, and handle escalations with empathy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or network engineering.
• 5‑7 years of B2B sales and account‑management experience, preferably in ICT solutions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of social selling and digital communication strategies.
• Understanding of data‑protection regulations.
