Corporate Business Developer – MENA (Amman)

About the role

Join Total Specific Solutions' ambitious M&A team as a Corporate Business Development Specialist focused on the MENA region. You will be the first point of contact in the acquisition process, building a pipeline of attractive B2B software companies.

Key responsibilities

• Research and analyse target vertical‑market software companies across the MENA region, assessing products, markets and roadmaps.
• Identify and qualify prospects that meet acquisition criteria and grow the M&A prospect database.
• Initiate outreach via phone, video, email and social media, and represent TSS at trade shows and industry events.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and meetings in Salesforce.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial roles; junior level, eager to start a career in M&A.
• Native Arabic speaker with high‑level English; Jordanian nationality or valid residence permit.
• Independent, proactive, commercially minded and comfortable engaging senior executives.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time across the MENA region and occasionally to the EU.

Required skills

• Strong online research abilities.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
