In-Store Sales Associate – VYNE Collection (Amman)

About the role

VYNE Collection makes premium artificial botanicals for homeowners, designers, hotels and malls. We are hiring a Sales Associate for our showroom in Amman who can bring an eye for detail to every customer.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome walk‑in clients, understand their space and style, and recommend appropriate arrangements, stems, trees and planters.
• Help clients visualise pieces in their homes or commercial spaces, considering colour, scale and placement.
• Maintain the showroom’s appearance through displays, merchandising, product presentation and stock levels.
• Close in‑store sales and follow up with walk‑in clients.
• Pass project enquiries and quotation requests to management with clear notes.
• Collaborate with the team on restocks and inventory accuracy.

Required profile

• A real eye for interior décor, noticing proportion, texture and spatial feel.
• Knowledge of flowers and plants, whether from floristry, landscaping, plant retail or personal interest.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, spoken and written.
• 1–2+ years in retail, showroom or client‑facing sales, ideally in décor, furniture, floristry or luxury goods.
• Well presented, warm and confident with high‑end clients.
• Organised and reliable, able to keep the showroom in order without supervision.
