Insurance Consultant

About the role

MetLife is building a new, performance‑driven sales team and is looking for motivated individuals to join as Insurance Consultants. You will work directly under senior leadership, receiving structured coaching and mentorship while developing a client portfolio focused on insurance and financial protection solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on appropriate insurance and financial protection products.
• Build, maintain, and grow a personal client portfolio.
• Develop long‑term relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate within a newly formed, high‑energy team environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, ambitious and goal‑oriented.
• Comfortable working in a performance‑based, commission‑driven setting.
• Sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
