Integration Architect Manager

About the role

Deloitte is seeking an Integration Architect Manager to lead the design, delivery, and governance of enterprise integration solutions across complex IT landscapes. You will act as a technical leader and trusted advisor, helping clients define integration strategies and build scalable, secure architectures.

Key responsibilities

• Design and document integration blueprints and target-state architectures for core systems such as CRM, ERP, and payment platforms.
• Define and implement API‑led architectures, event‑driven integration patterns, and reusable composable building blocks.
• Establish integration governance, standards, and best practices covering security, logging, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Support clients in setting up integration factories and operating models, including nearshore/offshore delivery teams.
• Conduct integration landscape assessments and develop roadmaps to modernize IT ecosystems.
• Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of integration projects from design through production deployment.
• Lead technical discussions, design reviews, and solution workshops with clients and internal teams.
• Manage and mentor integration engineers and consultants, fostering technical excellence.
• Drive automation and optimization of integration workflows and deployment processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading integration architecture projects and managing technical teams.
• Strong advisory skills with the ability to engage senior client stakeholders.
• Experience delivering integration solutions in complex, multi‑system environments.
