Junior People & Operations Specialist

About the role

Four Winters is looking for a Junior People & Operations Specialist to support teams and improve daily operations across Four Winters and other High Ground brands. This is a field-based role: you will spend time in branches and production spaces, identify what needs attention and follow improvements through.

Key responsibilities

• Support employee development, engagement and performance across branch and production teams.
• Screen and interview candidates for kitchen, production and branch roles.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess operations and address challenges.
• Develop and improve internal systems, procedures and operational standards.
• Train and guide employees, set clear expectations and monitor progress.
• Support performance management and address workplace conduct issues fairly and consistently.
• Work with managers and teams to improve efficiency and accountability.

Required profile

• 1-3 years of experience in HR, operations, hospitality or a related field.
• Experience in F&B or hospitality is a plus.
• Willingness to work on-site and visit branches regularly.
