Workday Support Associate

About the role

PwC is hiring a Workday Associate in its HC Performance and Transformation team within Internal Firm Services in Amman. The role uses Workday technology to help unify human resources and other functions, assess functionality and develop solutions that transform processes across the employee lifecycle, while also supporting day-to-day user incidents and tickets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 application support, resolving or triaging incidents and service requests within SLAs
• Document incidents and service requests comprehensively
• Apply knowledge of product functionality and customer needs to manage incidents and requests
• Coordinate with Level 2 resolvers, global teams and other territories on unresolved issues
• Maintain up-to-date documentation such as knowledge articles, and collaborate with service enablers to build and test new services
• Support change management for process and system changes, and assist with global projects and optimization efforts in the Middle East and globally
• Report regularly to the manager on resolution status

Required profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in an application support team within a managed service and/or IT service desk environment
• Exposure to all Workday modules and their functionalities
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, orally and in writing
• Analytical, results-oriented, able to work under pressure and with multiple tasks
• Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork

Required skills

• Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform is an added advantage
• Workday and ITIL certifications are an asset but not required
