Laundry Attendant – Resort & Residences

About the role

The Laundry Attendant is responsible for all activities related to laundry, ensuring guest and employee linens are clean and tidy, maintaining machines and assigned areas, and delivering efficient, courteous service to guarantee guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Keep the laundry area clean and dust equipment at the end of each shift.
• Maintain the linen room clean and organized.
• Operate and maintain laundry machines and related equipment.
• Attend all scheduled training and on‑the‑job training sessions.
• Ensure personal hygiene standards and wear uniform correctly.
• Conduct oneself in a professional and forthright manner.
• Promote good employee relations and a climate of trust.
• Lead by example, providing self‑discipline and teamwork.
• Address guest complaints and forward suggestions to the laundry manager.
• Familiarize with fire, life, health, and security emergency procedures.
