Lead Physiotherapist

About the role

Circle Wellness and Recovery is seeking a Lead Physiotherapist to head the therapy team at its Amman centre. This full‑time, on‑site position oversees client programmes, ensures high‑quality care and supports the centre’s mission of recovery and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily workflow and coordinate the physiotherapy team.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments for musculoskeletal, neurological and sports‑related conditions.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver manual therapy and prescribe therapeutic exercise programmes.
• Track client progress, maintain accurate records and report to the General Manager.
• Participate in staff training, case discussions and continuous quality improvement.

Required profile

• Licensed Physiotherapist with a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy.
• Proven experience in musculoskeletal, orthopedic or sports physiotherapy, preferably in a clinical or wellness setting.
• Experience mentoring or supervising therapists.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong organisational and documentation abilities.
