About the role

Delta Insurance is seeking a motivated Life Insurance Sales Consultant to join its growing team in Jordan. You will be responsible for building a robust client base, presenting tailored life‑insurance solutions, and achieving monthly sales targets in a fast‑paced, supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target leads through cold calls, networking, and field meetings.
• Conduct in‑depth consultations to understand clients’ financial needs and recommend suitable life‑insurance products.
• Develop and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets on a monthly basis.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and improve the customer experience.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of successful sales experience, preferably in life insurance.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a car.
