About the role

Delta Insurance is seeking a motivated Life Insurance Sales Consultant to join its growing team in Jordan. You will be responsible for building lasting client relationships and presenting tailored life insurance solutions to prospective customers, helping them secure their financial future.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target leads through cold calls, networking, and field meetings.
• Conduct in‑depth consultations to understand clients’ financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance products.
• Develop strong, trust‑based relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Achieve or exceed individual monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and improve the customer experience.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of successful sales experience, preferably in life insurance.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Goal‑oriented and motivated to meet sales targets.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage a sales pipeline.
• Comfortable using technology and new tools for data entry and CRM.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a car.
