Marketing Strategy & Performance Marketing Instructor

About the role

PG Academy is seeking a full‑time Marketing Strategy & Performance Marketing Instructor to lead the AI Advertising specialization. The role focuses on delivering strategic and commercial knowledge to students and ensuring campaigns achieve measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Teach marketing fundamentals, consumer behavior, market research, segmentation, targeting and positioning.
• Cover brand strategy, campaign strategy, media planning, digital marketing funnels and performance marketing.
• Instruct on social media strategy, campaign KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, CAC, ROAS) and campaign analytics.
• Guide students in AI‑supported marketing analysis and optimization.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, advertising, media, digital or performance marketing.
• Proven track record of managing campaigns with measurable commercial results.
• Strong understanding of Meta, Google, social platforms and digital acquisition.
• Ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into business decisions.
• Experience with AI marketing and analytics platforms is strongly preferred.
• Agency or major‑brand experience is a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated teaching or mentoring ability.
