Outdoor Sales Representative – Fiber

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Outdoor Sales Representative to drive the growth of our Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) services. You will work directly in the field, engaging prospective customers and converting leads into new subscriptions.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets for FTTH subscriptions.
• Conduct outdoor sales activities, prospecting and acquiring new customers.
• Present FTTH packages, explain benefits, and articulate the value proposition.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into successful sales.
• Provide regular sales updates and performance reports.

Required profile

• Previous experience in outdoor sales, preferably in telecommunications, internet, or related fields.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Target‑oriented with a proven track record of meeting monthly goals.
• Valid driving licence and own car.
• Ability to work independently and manage field activities effectively.
