Part-time Ophthalmologist – Amman

About the role

The Ophthalmologist will join OdevSaud’s eye‑care clinic in Amman to deliver comprehensive, patient‑centered eye services on a part‑time basis.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed eye examinations and diagnose a wide range of ocular conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, prescribe medications and monitor patient progress.
• Manage outpatient consultations and perform ophthalmic procedures, including laser treatments and minor eye surgeries such as cataract extraction.
• Coordinate with optometrists and other medical professionals to ensure high‑quality care.
• Participate in clinic scheduling and collaborate regularly with the clinical team.

Required profile

• Medical degree with specialization in Ophthalmology and a valid Jordanian license (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Proven clinical experience in eye‑care settings, including use of modern diagnostic equipment.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, ethical approach to patient care.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on advances in ophthalmology.
