About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Pharmacy Sales Supervisor to lead our pharmacy channel and boost market presence for our premium hygienic product range. The role involves guiding a sales team, expanding key pharmacy relationships, and executing strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and motivate the pharmacy sales team to meet and exceed monthly targets.
• Manage and grow relationships with pharmacies, chains, and distributors.
• Implement sales strategies, monitor competitor activity, and identify new market opportunities.
• Analyze sales data, track team KPIs, and report performance to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of proven sales experience within the pharmacy channel, focusing on hygienic products.
• Previous supervisory or team‑lead experience preferred.
