Pharmacy Sales Supervisor

About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Pharmacy Sales Supervisor to lead our pharmacy channel and boost market presence for our premium hygienic product range. The role involves guiding a sales team, expanding key pharmacy relationships, and executing strategic initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate the pharmacy sales team to meet and exceed monthly targets.
- Manage and grow relationships with pharmacies, chains, and distributors.
- Implement sales strategies, monitor competitor activity, and identify new market opportunities.
- Analyze sales data, track team KPIs, and report performance to senior management.
Required profile
- Minimum 7 years of proven sales experience within the pharmacy channel, focusing on hygienic products.
- Previous supervisory or team‑lead experience preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building abilities.
- Proactive professional with a track record of achieving volume and distribution targets.
