Pre‑Sales Engineer (3‑5 Years Experience)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Pre‑Sales Engineer with 3‑5 years of experience to support our sales team. The role involves understanding customer requirements, preparing technical proposals, delivering product demonstrations and ensuring proposals meet both technical and commercial standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to capture customer business objectives and technical needs.
• Respond to RFPs, RFIs and RFQs with well‑structured proposals.
• Prepare technical solution documents and commercial datasheets.
• Work with product, technical and delivery teams to design customized solutions.
• Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to customers.
• Participate in customer meetings and address technical queries.
• Assist in creating case studies and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with customers and vendors on spare‑parts orders and quotations.
• Support the sales team throughout proposal, negotiation and bid submission processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering or a related field (business degree with strong technical background considered).
• 3‑5 years of experience in pre‑sales, solution engineering or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of software solutions, enterprise applications and IT systems.
• Proven ability to prepare technical proposals and respond to RFPs/RFIs.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
