Procurement, Estimation & QS Engineer

About the role
We are seeking a Procurement, Estimation & QS Engineer to support our Project Management Department. The role involves preparing bills of quantities, estimating project costs and managing procurement activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and review BOQs from project drawings and perform accurate quantity take‑offs.
- Develop cost estimates, price quotations and cost comparison sheets to support budgeting.
- Source suppliers and subcontractors, issue purchase orders and track deliveries.
- Draft commercial offers, client quotations and assist with tender submissions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or Interior Design.
- 1–3 years of experience in BOQ preparation, quantity surveying and cost estimation.
- Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and multitasking abilities.
- Commitment to meet deadlines and deliver high‑quality work.
