Project Manager / Task Order Lead

About the role

The Task Order Lead will serve as the primary point of contact for each awarded task order, coordinating between the contractor workforce and the government program manager. This on‑site position in Jordan requires compliance with host‑nation regulations and support of military policies.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the single focal point/interface to the Contracting Program Manager (C‑PM) for each task order.
• Ensure contractor personnel comply with Jordanian customs, laws, and entry/exit credential requirements.
• Coordinate housing, transportation, and communications support for the deployed workforce.
• Provide oversight of workforce execution against task order SOW/PWS requirements.
• Attend command‑level meetings and report weekly/monthly metrics on personnel, cost, schedule, and performance.
• Assist the C‑PM in preparing proposals for contract modifications.
• Manage travel, overtime, procurement requests and submit required trip reports.
• Notify the Government Program Manager and COR 72 hours prior to any personnel movement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 8+ years of experience supervising personnel and managing complex technical programs, including budgetary responsibility and workload planning.
• 2+ years of experience managing or supervising personnel in the Middle East.
• Secret security clearance.
