About the role

We are a tier‑A general contractor seeking a detail‑oriented Proposals Engineer with extensive civil‑engineering experience. The role involves preparing technical and commercial proposals, performing quantity take‑offs, and supporting the tendering process to win new projects.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and review technical proposals and assist in commercial proposal preparation.
Analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications.
Perform quantity surveying and cost estimation for civil works.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams during bid preparation.
Ensure compliance with client requirements and maintain proper documentation.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
7–10 years of experience in proposals, estimation, or tendering.
Strong command of English (reading and writing).
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
