Real Estate & Immigration Expert

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Real Estate & Immigration Expert to manage client files, process applications, and ensure compliance with program requirements. The role involves providing professional guidance, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and delivering a smooth, accurate application experience.

Key responsibilities

• Review client profiles and documentation to assess eligibility and compliance.
• Communicate with clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms to secure timely document submission.
• Identify documentation challenges and propose suitable alternatives.
• Prepare, organize, and manage client files throughout the application lifecycle.
• Coordinate with finance on client payments and outstanding balances.
• Conduct quality‑assurance reviews before submission.
• Submit real estate and immigration applications to relevant authorities, partners, developers, or service providers.
• Monitor application progress, follow up with authorities, lawyers, developers, and stakeholders, and ensure post‑submission requirements are met.
• Provide regular status updates to clients and handle inquiries or complaints professionally.
• Maintain accurate records, file notes, and pipelines within the CRM system, adhering to SOPs and workflow requirements.
• Escalate complex cases or operational risks to the Experts Team Leader.
• Stay current on immigration and real estate regulations, policies, and industry developments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in immigration operations, real estate operations, client services, or file processing.
• Strong understanding of document review and compliance procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and client‑focused mindset.
